These terms govern the use of MyDaret. By creating an account, you accept them. The French version prevails.
1. Purpose of the service
MyDaret lets you organise and track a daret: members, shares, payout order, declared and confirmed contributions, reminders and history.
No money ever goes through the app. MyDaret only records information declared by users; it does not verify that payments took place and guarantees none of them.
2. Account
You sign in with a link sent by email or with a Google account. You are responsible for access to your email address.
You can delete your account at any time from your profile, after deleting or handing over the darets you organise.
3. Role of the organiser
The organiser creates the daret, sets its rules (amount, frequency, payout order) and confirms payments.
When adding a member without an account (name and phone), the organiser agrees to inform that person and to enter only the necessary information.
4. User commitments
You agree to provide accurate information, to declare a payment only if it actually took place, and not to use MyDaret for any illegal activity, in particular a regulated financial activity or raising funds from the public.
5. Agreement between members
A daret is a private agreement between its members. The publisher is not a party to it and does not intervene in disputes, delays or missed payments between members.
A daret's history cannot be changed by anyone; it is a shared record, not proof of payment.
6. Availability and liability
The service is provided as is, with no guarantee of continuous availability. The publisher cannot be held liable for losses arising from an agreement between members, or for a reminder that was not received.
7. Price
MyDaret is free during the launch phase. Any future paid offer will be announced in advance and remain optional.
8. Changes and governing law
These terms may change; users will be informed. They are governed by French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first: contact@mydaret.com.
